Prices & Policies
Class Prices:
As of 9/1/2010, our class prices are as follows:
Parent and Tot Classes:
$45/month for once a week 45 minute class
All other Mega Tot Gymnastics Classes:
$50/month for once a week 45 minute class
Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling, Trampoline, & Xtreme Moves Classes:
$50/month for once a week 50 minute class
Girls Silver and Gold Classes:
$75/month for once a week 80 minute class
$115/month for twice a week 80 minute classes

Multi-Class/Student Discounts:
There is a $5 discount for multiple classes or children in any recreational program. Discounts are taken from the class with the lowest tuition.
Example:
1st child: $50/month
Sibling 1: $45/month
Sibling 2: $45/month
Annual Registration Fee:
A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment. Enrollment fee is prorated throughout the year. Annual fees are based on the calendar year starting in September. Team fees vary.
As of 9/1/2011 Recreational Annual Registration Fees are:
$36 first child
$24 second child
$12 any addtional chld
Payment:
Payment is due by the 1st of the month. If payment is received after the 5th, a $10 late fee will be assessed. Email bills are only a reminder; if you do not receive a bill, payment is still due. After 60 days of non-payment your child will be dropped from class. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, and Master Card. If you write a check, please write your child's name in the memo box. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
What to wear:
Girls may wear leotards, shorts and a t-shirt, or other comfortable athletic wear and bare feet. Children need to wear shirts long enough to tuck in, bare stomachs are not allowed.
If your daughter wishes to wear tights, they need to be without feet for safety reasons.
Boys may wear t-shirts, shorts, or other comfortable athletic wear and bare feet.
Jeans are not allowed because they damage the equipment.
No jewelry or gum.
Please take your child to the restroom and water fountain before class begins.
Parents:
There are bleachers for you to watch class from. Please refrain from communicating with your child during class. This is both a distraction and a safety hazard. Your child needs to stay with you until the coach comes to get your child for class. No one is allowed beyond the cubbies or the trampolines without a coach or staff member. If siblings come with you to watch, they must remain with you on the bleachers during class.
Make- Up Class Policy:
To keep class sizes safe, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds for classes missed.
If your child is 5 or older, they will receive a pass to Xtreme Friday. Xtreme Friday is from 7pm-10pm every Friday. Xtreme Friday is free play and is not instructional time. Children are not allowed on gymnastics equipment (bars, beams, rings etc..) during this time.
If your child is 5 or younger, you will be given a pass to Preschool Open Gym. Preschool Open Gym is Friday mornings from 10am-12pm.
Dropping a Class:
We require a 30-day written notice to drop your child from class. There is a short form to fill out at the front desk. You will be charged for any classes reserved for your child until written notice is received. Your "last month" fee paid at sign up is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Closing due to Weather:
We rarely close due to weather. If the gym is closed, we will make up the class or you can choose to have a pass for Xtreme Friday or Preschool Open Gym. Cancellations will be announced on local radio and television stations. We make an effort to contact every student on their home telephone. Please make sure we have the correct information for your family on file at the desk. Check FOX 4 News for closings.

The most exciting 3 hours in Lee's Summit every Friday night is at Xtreme Gymnastics! Children ages Kindergarten - 8th grade can come and play from 7:00pm-10:00pm! Every child must be signed in by a parent or bring a waiver printable from our home page!
Preschool Fun Time02/10/2012 10:00am
Preschool Fun Time is a special time at Xtreme just for preschoolers and their parents to come and explore the gym! Preschool Fun Time is from 10:00am-12:00pm and is just for children ages 5 and under. Children ages 6 and older will not be admitted for safety reasons. Admission is $7 for 3-5 year olds and $3 for ages 2 and under.
