Boys Gymnastics
Men's Gymnastics is an exciting sport that requires a great amount of strength, flexibility, speed, and power. By training in this sport, your child will be able to excel in just about any other sport because of the principles and hard work they learned in the gym.
Our Boy's Gymnastics program is designed to create a sense of confidence and athleticism through learning the basics of men's gymnastics. The classes are designed to increase the strength, flexibility, and agility of the boys in a structured, but fun atmosphere. The gymnasts learn the basic skills on all six apparatuses (floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar).

The most exciting 3 hours in Lee's Summit every Friday night is at Xtreme Gymnastics! Children ages Kindergarten - 8th grade can come and play from 7:00pm-10:00pm! Every child must be signed in by a parent or bring a waiver printable from our home page!
Preschool Fun Time02/10/2012 10:00am
Preschool Fun Time is a special time at Xtreme just for preschoolers and their parents to come and explore the gym! Preschool Fun Time is from 10:00am-12:00pm and is just for children ages 5 and under. Children ages 6 and older will not be admitted for safety reasons. Admission is $7 for 3-5 year olds and $3 for ages 2 and under.
