Fundraisers:

Saturday Nights during the school year from 7:00pm-10:00pm

Saturday Fun Night is the most fun your group will have raising money for their organization/team/event/cause!

Saturday Fun Nights are very similar to our Xtreme Fridays, same activities, same cost!  All your group is responsible for is to ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE!  The more you spread the word, the more kids will show up, which means more money towards your group!

Fundraisers are on Saturday nights during the calendar school year from 7:00pm-10:00pm for all children ages 5-15 years old.  The cost is $12 per child.  Parents are welcome to watch from our bleachers or drop the kids off and go out on a date! Just make sure we have at least one cell phone number on your waiver or sign-in sheet.  Every participant must be signed in by a parent or bring a signed waiver printable from our home page.

Please be advised that Fundraisers are NOT private events.  We have a steady stream of regulars who attend every Saturday. Everyone ages 5-15 is welcome to join us each and every Saturday evening from 7:00pm-10:00pm, regardless of who the Fundraiser is for!

How the money is split:

The first 10 admissions go to Xtreme.

After that, each admission is split, $5 to the group and $7 to Xtreme.

You can pick up your money the same evening as your fundraiser any time after 9pm.  Anyone picking up the money must be on the list approved by the group given at the time of booking.

Any fundraiser with less than 25 people will be canceled and the participants sent home.

We are currently booking for the 2011-2012 school year!

We only book one fundraiser per group at a time. 

If you would like to book another Fundraiser the following school year, you must have at least 75 people attend your fundraiser this year.

If you would like to book another Fundraiser during this same school year, you must have at least 125 people attend your first fundraiser.

Booking for the next school year begins August 1, 2012.  We will offer the groups with the highest turn-outs from the 2011-2012 school year first choice dates and move down the list in order of # of participants.

School PTA groups:  We occasionally hold Fundraisers on Friday 1/2 days from 1:00pm-4:00pm.  We are able to offer this on Fridays for schools only.  Not all Friday 1/2 days will be available during our competition season due to our athletes needing training time in the gym.
