Xtreme Gymnastics Girls Competitive Teams
USAG Team
Our USA Girls Gymnastics Team consists of level 4-10. Led by Head Coach Alisha Robinson, our talented athletes learn routines on all 4 Olympic events as well as improve strength, flexibility, goal setting, and teamwork. Many of the girls on this ream are hoping to earn a college scholarship.
Girls on the USAG team travel to both local and out of area meets (depending on level).
Each level has work out leotards, competition leotards, and warm ups.
Anyone interested in our USAG team is welcome to schedule a try out with our head coach, Alisha Robinson.
Developmental Teams
Super Stars
Super Star is for girls ages 4-7 who love gymnastics and would like to start coming to practice more often. Super Stars is by invitation only, but any one that is interested may call for a try out. Super Stars work out 2-3 days a week for 2 hours at a time. Super Stars have their very own special leotard that they wear to one practice a week to let everyone in the gym know how special they are! Competition at this level is an option, but never mandatory.
Rising Stars
Rising Stars is the intermediate step between recreational classes and super stars. Rising stars is for fun-loving, hard working 3-5 year olds who love gymnastics. Rising Stars work out 1-2 days a week for 80 min each. Rising Stars have their very own special leotard like the Super Stars! You also have the option to compete in anywhere from 1-5 meets per year. Anyone interested in Rising Stars may schedule a try-out.
League Teams
Xtreme League/AAU
Our Xtreme League/AAU Team is for talented girls who love gymnastics, but are unable to make the commitment necessary for the USAG team. Xtreme League/AAU practices 2-3 times a week for 3 - 3 1/2 hours each. The League consists of levels 4, 5, 6, 7, as well as an open optional level. Competitions are local in the Kansas City Metro Area. Levels 5 and up may have one or two "travel" meets to areas 2-4 hours away. Levels 5 and up have the option to attend Districts and National hosted by AAU every year if they chose. Girls on the Xtreme League will have a practice leotard, competition leotard, warm up, and bag. Anyone interested may contact Xtreme for a try-out.
Comets
Comets is a Intermediate step between recreational classes and the Xtreme League team. Comets is for talented young ladies ages 7 and older. Comets is for girls who are not quite ready for level 4 league team, but have completed the gold recreational level. Comets work out 2 days a week for 2 hours each time. Comets have their very own special leotard they wear once a week to practices. Competition is required for Comets, they attend anywhere from 3-7 meets per year. If you are interested in trying out the Comets Team, please schedule a try- out with the front desk.

Preschool Fun Time02/10/2012 10:00am
Preschool Fun Time is a special time at Xtreme just for preschoolers and their parents to come and explore the gym! Preschool Fun Time is from 10:00am-12:00pm and is just for children ages 5 and under. Children ages 6 and older will not be admitted for safety reasons. Admission is $7 for 3-5 year olds and $3 for ages 2 and under.
